Description
Collection of historical documents, chiefly pertaining to California history, collected by Los Angeles attorney Grant Jackson.
Background
Grant Jackson (1866-1925) was born and raised in California. Jackson studied law and practiced in Santa Barbara before moving to Los Angeles in 1902. He was a Superior Court Judge from 1906 to 1915.
