Scope and Content of Collection
The Jessie Lois Roberts Woman's Club of Wilmington Scrapbook documents the activities and events of the organization between
1946 and 1948. The scrapbook consists of newspaper clippings, photographs, invitations, yearbooks, convention booklets, theatrical
and music programs, and brochures. Included are notices regarding the Club’s social events, literary and arts section, garden
section, and handicraft and sewing section, as well as articles relating to redistricting, dog racing, gambling, and other
legislative issues.
