This collection chiefly consists of the television scripts of screenwriter, editor, and producer Aubrey Solomon, dating from
the late 1970s to the mid-1980s. There are also photocopies of film information for Twentieth Century-Fox releases and two
interviews and audiovisual materials.
Box 1 contains scripts; a folder of reviews, stills, and publicity for the film "Hester Street" (1975); photocopies of film
promotional sheets and film synopses for movies released by Twentieth Century-Fox from 1979 to 1982, as well as photocopied
lists of Fox releases for 1914-1925; an unidentified film reel; an audio reel labeled "Delmer Daves interview, interviewed
by Aubrey Solomon"; and a typescript transcript of an interview by Solomon of Nunnallly Johnson in 1973. The scripts in Box
1 consist of: Beyond Westworld (4 episodes, 1980); Crazy Like a Fox (1 episode, 1985); The Fall Guy (2 episodes, 1983-1984);
and Finder of Lost Loves; (4 episodes, 1984).
Box 2 contains scripts for Gideon (screen treatment and pilot, 1979); "Half-Nelson" (3 episodes, 1984-1985); the television
movie "Helen and Teacher" (1982); the pilot for "Night Heat" (1984); and Quincy (8 episodes, titles A-O, 1978-1982).
Box 3 continues with scripts for "Quincy" (4 episodes, titles P-S); "Trapper John M.D." (2 episodes, 1984); and "The Ultimate
Adventure Company" (1985). There are also photocopied story hooks for "Quincy" and 31 audio cassette tapes of recordings related
to "Quincy."
